Yesterday I got off to a rough start by sleeping through my alarm. I did my best to catch up, but found by the time it got to having a quick dinner before bed I was getting pretty frustrated at the amount still to be done.
Half of me could hear Danelle’s words saying “finish your to-do list every day”, but the other half knew that it would result in a late night and would roll into the next day, so I opted for bed and a fresh start in the AM.
As it is it was hard to get out of bed this morning after a brutal yoga session yesterday, and I’ve managed to squeeze a bit of the backlog in so far so that’s good! But I am a bit disappointed in myself for not getting it done yesterday… the lesson is don’t sleep in… there’s too much to do!
